Hi, I'm Dr Gerhard Bothma

It's our pleasure to introduce you to Gerhard Bothma, a proud alumnus of the prestigious University of Pretoria, where his academic journey was marked by excellence, culminating in three degrees, including a Ph.D. in 2004. His early career – which started in the legal field and included serving as a congregational minister, as academic researcher, and lecturer, and working in several companies – saw him distinguishing himself as an influential thought leader, setting the stage for his current endeavours in consultation, coaching, public speaking, and training.

With a rich tapestry of experiences spanning over four decades, Gerhard has had the privilege of connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds. This journey has not only enriched his understanding of human dynamics but has also amplified his ability to resonate with and inspire others. His expertise is backed by numerous publications, including four books and various articles, where he shares insights drawn from both academic and real-world perspectives. Gerhard believes in collaboration and has built an extending multi-disciplinary network of more than capable persons and organisations he supports and refers to. Doctor Bothma is also a Specialist Wellness Counsellor at the ASCHP, and certified Neethling Brain Instruments® practitioner. Gerhard is uniquely equipped to help you harness your inner power fostering personal growth, improved living, relationships, leadership, and workplace efficiency.
